Marc Almond released the song Siren originally written for the movie Scales: Mermaids Are Real. I was lucky enough to help produce the version in the movie. It's slightly reimagined for his 2022 album Things We Lost, but equally haunting. The song was written for the film. At the time Marc had rough cuts of the movie and the script to influence his work.
I co-produced this music video and song written by Brandon Jung (who was the composer on many of my films) and perfomed by Eli K & Hunter Parrish. Filmed at Capital Records in Hollywood!
"Dreaming of Sea," was written for my movie "Scales: Mermaids Are Real," and was released on Marc Almond's album "Chaos and a Dancing Star," January 31st, 2020.
I co-wrote this song with Karen Waldrup for my movie "Scales: Mermaids Are Real." So honored to have been able to work and write with a talent like hers. She later went on to be a contestant on The Voice!
